● Controlled by a servo motor, six nozzles insert into the bottle from the bottom to fill, increasing filling speed while significantly reducing material foaming and splashing.
● The filling volume can be directly adjusted through the PLC on the touchscreen. Additionally, fine adjustments can be made for each volumetric cylinder to ensure high accuracy and good filling consistency.
● The parts in contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel, and the heating head is made of pure brass (faster heating speed, better insulation). The chassis is made of 304 stainless steel material, combined with a protective door, complying with GMP standards.
