The ZX-180 series is a down-press capping machine with an automatic cap placement system that picks up caps from the track, places them on the bottle neck, and then presses them down to lock with the capping head. The automatic cap placement and capping system are controlled by servo motors, ensuring precise capping accuracy.
The ZX-180 series is a star wheel capping machine, using a star wheel for bottle entry and cap positioning, suitable for small-capacity or slim bottles.
● The main structure of the machine is made of stainless steel.
● PLC control system, paired with a human-machine interface, makes it easy to operate and set various parameters.
● The automatic cap placement is controlled by a servo motor (increasing cap placement accuracy and speed).
● The capping mechanism (up and down) is composed of an electric cylinder and a servo motor, enabling quick shifts to improve efficiency.
