● Process Description:
It follows the same working steps as machines involved in solid packaging. Initially, bottles or cans are placed on a conveyor belt (or an automatic bottle arranging machine can be used). When the bottle reaches below the filling nozzle, nuts start flowing from the hopper to the filling device; these nuts enter the filling nozzle and are dispensed into the cans or bottles. After the required amount is filled, the bottles are transported to the capping and sealing area for sealing, which can be done using either a can sealing method or an aluminum foil sealing method. Different sealing devices are customized based on various packaging requirements. Subsequently, the caps are lifted by an automatic cap arranging machine, and a servo capping machine tightens the caps, labels are applied, and the date is sprayed before the products are ready for packaging.
