● Bottle arranging machine: After pouring bottles into the bottle arranging hopper, it automatically arranges the bottles in a uniform direction and conveys them to the filling machine.
● Filling machine: Optional configurations include a powder filling machine or a multi-head weigher filling machine. The contact parts with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, and the machine casing is made of stainless steel 304, in compliance with GMP standards.
● High-speed cap arranging and capping machine: Achieves functions such as automatic cap feeding, grabbing, and servo capping.
● Labeling machine: Meets the labeling needs of various specifications and forms of self-adhesive labels (single-sided, double-sided, round bottle labeling, flat labeling, double-sided labeling, etc.).
● Automatic box opening, loading, sealing, packing with tape, palletizing, and stacking achieve automation in back-end packaging, saving labor costs.
