Designed for durability, the ZX-APA is a self-flow filling machine designed for corrosive products. It is used for filling acidic solutions, etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH-lowering liquids, vinegar, concentrated citric acid, bleach, saline solutions, and other products. The entire fluid path from the pump to the check valve is corrosion-resistant. This filling machine features a heavy-duty welded 304 stainless steel frame mounted on four heavy-duty leveling legs. It provides excellent flexibility through touchscreen PLC control, adjustable nozzle stroke, and nozzle spacing. The corrosive overflow filling machine offers 1 to 16 heads, designed to withstand external corrosion in environments that may shorten equipment life.
