● Quick cleaning and adjustment, stepless speed regulation of the volumetric cylinder, suitable for filling different specifications and liquids, as well as pastes.
● Filling volume only requires one adjustment, with fine-tuning for each volumetric cylinder, ensuring high precision and good filling consistency.
● The parts in contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel, and the chassis is made of stainless steel 304, in compliance with GMP standards.
● Human-machine interface communicates with PLC. Debugging and changing types only require simple settings on the screen.
● Bottle loading, positioning, filling, and bottle unloading are all automatic. During filling, if there are issues such as misalignment of the bottle, bottle blockage, or the filling tube not inserted into the bottle, the equipment will automatically protect itself and continue running after troubleshooting.
