● Controlled by a servo motor, the machine features 8 following filling heads. The nozzles insert into the bottles from the bottom to the top, increasing filling speed while significantly reducing material foaming and splashing. With a quick-disassembly structure, it allows for fast cleaning and adjustment. The volume cylinder has stepless speed adjustment, making it suitable for filling different specifications and types of liquids and pastes. The parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, and the chassis is made of stainless steel 304, meeting GMP standards.
● The double-head following capping machine, utilizing servo-driven technology, provides high-precision capping operations, achieving precise force and position control to ensure the quality and consistency of each capped bottle.
● The human-machine interface communicates with PLC. Equipment debugging and type changes only requires simple settings on the screen.
● Equipped with a reinspection machine to ensure the production line's qualification rate.
